2024 General Election Endorsements

Throughout the year, the AFSCME Advisory Board held meetings with local candidates seeking Local 4041’s endorsements. AFSCME members endorse candidates who support public workers and our priorities to improve public services, regardless of political affiliation. AFSCME International endorses federal candidates based on these same priorities. How you vote is up to you - these candidates are the ones that have been vetted by AFSCME Local 4041 members as being the best on our issues, including wages, healthcare, retirement security, workplace safety, collective bargaining rights, and other issues important to public employees.

To vote by mail, you will need to mark your ballot, put your ballot in the provided postage-paid return envelope, sign the return envelope, and then put it in the mailbox or drop it off at a vote center location. Only use your envelope for your ballot, do not send other ballots in your envelope. 

Mailed ballots must be postmarked on or before November 5. Don’t forget to sign the outside of the envelope!

Early voting is from October 19 to November 1. Find a vote center location at: www.afscme.org/vote

Polls are open on Tuesday, November 5 from 7am to 7pm.

Same-day voter registration or update your voter registration in person at any vote center during early voting, October 19 to November 1, or on Election Day on November 5.
